Acceptance of Terms By visiting our website, requesting a quote, scheduling, or receiving services, you agree to these Terms.
Services We provide junk removal and related hauling, clean‑outs, and disposal/recycling. Service availability and pricing may vary by location, volume/weight, item type, access, and disposal requirements.
Quotes, Pricing, and Payment
Estimates: Online/phone quotes are estimates. Final pricing is confirmed on‑site based on volume, weight, labor, access, and item type.
Minimums and Surcharges: Trip minimums may apply. Surcharges may apply for: heavy materials (e.g., concrete, dirt, rock, tile, roofing), construction debris, oversized items, stairs/elevators, long carries, disassembly, appliances with refrigerant, mattresses, e‑waste, and special handling.
Taxes/Fees: Applicable taxes, disposal and recycling fees may be included or added as line items.
Payment: Due at job completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may require a deposit for large jobs. Unpaid balances may accrue late fees and collection costs.
Ownership Transfer: Once items are loaded, title transfers to us and items may be disposed, recycled, or resold at our discretion.
Scheduling, Arrival Windows, and Delays
Arrival: We provide an estimated arrival window. Traffic, weather, or prior jobs may cause delays. We’ll notify you and reschedule if needed.
Cancellations/Reschedules: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no‑access/no‑show may incur a fee (e.g., the trip minimum or up to 25% of the estimate).
Customer Responsibilities
Authority and Access: You represent you have authority to remove the items and grant us safe access, parking/loading space, and any HOA or building permissions. Please secure pets and clear a path to items.
Prohibited/Hazardous Items: We do not accept certain hazardous materials (e.g., oils/gasoline/solvents, wet paint, chemicals, asbestos, medical/biohazard waste, explosives, ammunition, pressurized cylinders) unless expressly agreed and permitted by law. Additional fees and specialized handling may apply when legally permissible.
Property Condition and Limitations
Care Standard: We use reasonable care. You acknowledge that moving large/awkward items through tight spaces may risk minor scuffs or cosmetic damage even with reasonable care.
Driveways/Surfaces: At your request, vehicles/equipment may enter driveways or surfaces at your risk. We are not liable for cracking, sinking, or surface damage from weight.
Pre‑Existing/Hidden Conditions: We are not responsible for pre‑existing or hidden defects, nor for damage resulting from your request to proceed after we warn of risk.
Photos and Media We may take before/after photos for job documentation. With your consent, we may use non‑identifying images for marketing. Tell our crew if you do not consent to marketing use.
Website Use and Intellectual Property Site content is owned or licensed by us. You may not copy, modify, or scrape content. Links to third‑party sites are provided “as is”; we are not responsible for their content or policies.
Communications By providing your phone or email, you consent to receive service‑related calls, texts, and emails (e.g., scheduling, updates, receipts). Message/data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.
Warranties and Disclaimers Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific job giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from: (a) your lack of authority to dispose of items; (b) hazardous or prohibited items not disclosed to us; (c) your breach of these Terms.
Force Majeure We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., weather, accidents, labor shortages, supply constraints).
Disputes, Governing Law, Venue These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute shall be brought in the state courts located in Williamson County, Texas, unless small claims or another forum is required by law.
Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective Date reflects the latest version. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
